Tina graduated Magna Cum Laude from York University, majoring in Political Science in 1999. At York University, she was on the Dean’s List for the last 3 out of the 4 years of university. She then went directly from York University to Osgoode Hall Law School from which she graduated in June of 2002 and was called to the Bar of Canada in September of 2003.
Throughout her legal career, she was the Chair and Co-Chair of the Women’s Caucus of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association in 2008 and 2009. She has also been a Board Member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association since 2008. She is a very active member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, serving on various Committees and speaking at various conferences. She is also an active member of the American Association of Justice, the Hellenic Lawyer’s Association, The Advocates Society, and The Medico-Legal Society.
She has gained long-term and continuous legal experience as a law student, articling student, and lawyer commencing in June of 2000 in law firms, which specialize in plaintiff personal injury, Statutory Accident Benefits, and short-term and long-term disability. In March of 2010, she became a partner at JEWELL RADIMISIS LL.P.
She has appeared in all levels of court in Ontario and has obtained court decisions, unreported and reported to date, which are in favour of the Plaintiff. She is a very effective and experienced advocate for her clients.
Tina continues to fight for victims in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and product liability cases.
